In business it is an essential skill to know how to develop text documents. It is not only the words or text of a document that creates communicaiton; the presentation of the information is just as important.
When you receive a flyer in your letterbox advertising a takeaway restaurant or a local concert, have you ever stopped to think about how it was created? When you read a menu at a restaurant you are reading a document that someone has designed and developed. Documents like these tell us not only the required information to make a decision but also the attitude of the business owners to their customers.
Both new users and seasoned users of Word Processing software can learn a lot in this workshop. There are lots of "tips and tricks" that can help you become more comfortable with the software and save you time.
